sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, and dailies - to stay close to each team's rhythm and provide both Scrum process support and AI transformation coaching\nCoach teams on stronger Scrum practices where needed; you bring a perspective that advances AI adoption and agile maturity at the same time\nFor developers: design how tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude integrate into coding, code review, and debugging workflows\nFor designers: accelerate creative workflows with practices around Figma AI, prompt-to-design, and AI-assisted concept generation\nFor QA engineers: scale AI usage in test case generation, bug analysis, and automation scenario creation\nFor product managers: turn AI into a practical working partner for backlog prioritization, user story writing, and data interpretation\nDrive lasting behavioral change across all roles -
