As the key finance owner in the company, the Finance Manager manages the finance function end-to-end. The Finance Manager works closely with the CEO on financial planning, cashflow management, forecasting, reporting, and accounting.\nThe ideal candidate is someone who combines strong finance fundamentals with business acumen, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing company environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nFinancial Planning & Analysis\nPrepare and manage company budgets, forecasts, and financial plans \nDevelop and maintain: \nP&L forecasts \nCashflow projections \nBudget vs actual reporting \nFinancial dashboards and KPI reporting \nSupport scenario planning and financial modelling for business decisions \nBusiness Planning\nAdvise the CEO with financial analysis and business insights \nAssist with cost management and profitability tracking \nProvide financial input for operational and strategic initiatives \nFinancial Operations\nDo accounting using Xero\nOversee monthly management accounts and financial reporting \nMonitor company cashflow, expenses, and working capital \nEnsure timely and accurate financial closing processes \nImprove finance workflows, controls, and reporting systems\nAudit & Compliance\nPrepare company accounts, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for annual financial audits\nCoordinate annual financial audits and liaise with external auditors \nEnsure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and statutory filings \nWork with external accountants, tax agents, and corporate secretaries\nPrepare regular reports to shareholders \nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a finance management or FP&A\nDegree in Finance, Accounting, or related field \nStrong experience in: \nFinancial forecasting \nBudgeting and FP&A \nCashflow management \nFinancial reporting \nAudit coordination \nGood understanding of accounting standards and financial controls \nExperienced in company financial audits\nStrong Excel / financial modelling skills \nDetail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently \nExperience working in SME, startup, SaaS, or technology environments is an advantage \nBenefits\nEngage in impactful work aimed at addressing significant cybersecurity challenges.\nChalk up valuable experience and insights within the cybersecurity industry.\nReceive a competitive salary package. \nAnnual flexi benefits and reimbursement for health screening expenses. \nEnjoy 18 days of annual leave, with increments based on years of service. \nModern and convenient office at KL Eco City, Mercu 2 -
