Role Overview:\n\nCompany is looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Head of Cybersecurity Services to establish, lead, and scale a new cybersecurity services division.\n\nThe role will involve building the services business from the ground up, defining its strategy and service portfolio, developing technology partnerships, recruiting and leading nationwide teams, and driving revenue growth and profitability.\n\nThe successful candidate will combine strong cybersecurity domain expertise with business acumen, operational leadership, and a proven ability to build and scale a services organisation.\n\n2. Key Responsibilities:\n\nA. Business Strategy & Growth:\n\n- Develop the cybersecurity services portfolio, go-to-market strategy, pricing model, budgets, and phased national expansion plan.\n\n- Identify market opportunities across SMB, mid-market, and large enterprise customers.\n\n- Establish business targets and drive revenue growth, profitability, and collections.\n\nB. Team Building & Leadership:\n\n- Build the organisation from the ground up, including state-level sales leadership and field sales, deployment, and support teams.\n\n- Establish central presales, technical, project delivery, and back-office functions.\n\n- Recruit, develop, and manage geographically distributed teams across India.\n\nC. Technology Partnerships & Solutions:\n\n- Develop strategic relationships with cybersecurity technology vendors, OEMs, and distributors.\n\n- Integrate NPAV products with third-party hardware and software solutions to deliver comprehensive cybersecurity offerings.\n\n- Build solution capabilities across network security, endpoint security, cloud security, identity and access management, and data security.\n\nD. Cybersecurity Services Delivery:\n\n- Establish end-to-end capabilities covering security assessments, solution design, sourcing, implementation, integration, maintenance, and technical support.\n\n- Develop managed security services, security monitoring, incident response, security testing, and compliance support offerings.\n\n- Define service-level agreements (SLAs), delivery standards, escalation mechanisms, and customer support processes.\n\nE. P&L & Operational Management:\n\n- Own the division's overall P&L, revenue, margins, operating budgets, and collections.\n\n- Establish performance metrics, operating processes, and governance mechanisms.\n\n- Monitor business performance and implement strategies to achieve sustainable growth.\n\n3. Candidate Profile:\n\n- 10+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity services.\n\n- Proven track record of building a cybersecurity services business or practice from scratch.\n\n- Experience in building and leading a team of at least 10 professionals.\n\n- Demonstrated capability in multi-state recruitment, sales expansion, and distributed team management.\n\n- Strong technical-commercial understanding of cybersecurity products, hardware, software, systems integration, and managed services.\n\n- Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, revenue ownership, and P&L management.\n\n- Strong leadership, execution, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.\n\n- Willingness to travel extensively across India.\n\n4. Key Success Metrics - First 12 Months:\n\nPerformance will be evaluated against mutually agreed business objectives, including:\n\n- Recruitment and onboarding of field sales personnel in Mumbai and Pune.\n\n- Establishment of a Pune-based back-office team to support sales operations in Mumbai and Pune.\n\n- Achievement of the mutually agreed first-year revenue target.\n\n- Development of a scalable operating model for the cybersecurity services division.\n\n5.
