Understand and comply with all Insight ISO Policies and Procedures. Follow and sign off on work instructions once work effort is complete. Submit signed work instructions to their manager. Each person is accountable for meeting andor exceeding individual team goals. As an Associate Technician, you will get to:\nVerify/Count all parts and QTYs listed on each pick list order before placing on the bench.\nContinuously check ERP system to systematically unpack the order. \nFollow work instructions to completion.\nNotify their manager immediately of any non-conforming product andor discrepancies in work instructions.\nResponsible for shipping label creation and application to packaging.\nClose out orders by recording order tracking information and other pertinent information in the system.\nMaintain cleanliness of work area.\nAdhere to safety standards, immediately correcting or reporting any unsafe conditions\nNotify manager once work is complete to be assigned next tasks.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWhat we’re looking for:\nHigh School Education or equivalent.\nThe ability to work in a high-volume production environment\nMust have the ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills\nMust be able to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints within a timely fashion\nA basic understanding of computer operating systems.\nMust possess good problem-solving skills\nKnowledge SAP preferred\nAbility to adhere to tight (SLA) Service Level Agreements.\nWillingness to learn on the go.\nBe AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow.
