This role requires a blend of technical expertise and consulting acumen, with the ability to provide thought leadership, design scalable and secure cloud architectures, and lead the implementation of complex solutions across Azure and multi-cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cloud, Networking, and DevOps, a proven track record of success in customer-facing engagements, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable cloud strategies that drive value for large-scale enterprise clients.\nYou will design and implement the network and security foundation required to relocate applications between Azure regions without breaking enterprise connectivity. This role is responsible for regional hubs, ExpressRoute, routing, firewalls, DNS, private endpoints, ingress/egress, network security, and troubleshooting the hidden dependencies that commonly block migration cutovers.\nAlong the way, you will get to:\nDesign and deploy target-region network architecture using hub-spoke and/or Azure Virtual WAN patterns. \nLead and deliver enterprise Azure projects encompassing cloud architecture, migration assessments, proof-of-concept deployments, and full-scale implementations. \nServe as a trusted advisor to clients by providing Azure and Networking subject-matter expertise, recommending best-fit solutions, and aligning architecture decisions with business objectives and industry best practices. \nImplement and troubleshoot ExpressRoute, VPN, BGP, route propagation, UDRs, NAT, peering, and hybrid connectivity. \nEngineer Palo Alto VM-Series / Cloud NGFW and/or Azure Firewall patterns, including policy, HA, routing, and inspection paths \nDesign private endpoint and Private DNS architectures for Azure PaaS and AKS workloads. \nSupport Application Gateway, Azure Front Door, load balancers, WAF, ingress, and egress patterns. \nAnalyze source-region dependencies, hard-coded IPs, firewall allow lists, DNS records, and third-party network dependencies and create and execute network cutover, rollback, validation, and failover runbooks. \nPartner with enterprise network, security, application, data, and platform teams during migration waves. \nValidate network resiliency across availability zones and multiple Azure regions. \nBe AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. When you bring your hunger, heart, and harmony to Insight, your potential will be met with continuous opportunities to upskill, earn promotions, and elevate your career.\nWhat we’re looking for\n[Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. \n7+ years of experience in cloud consulting or services delivery, with a strong focus on architecting and implementing cloud solutions in client environments. \n5+ years of hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including design, deployment, and operational management of cloud-native and hybrid workloads. \nProven track record of client-facing consulting engagements, including assessments, architecture design sessions, migration planning, and post-deployment advisory. \nDemonstrated success in presales roles, including scoping, solution development, proposal support, and collaboration with sales teams to position cloud services and offerings. \n5+ years of Azure networking/security engineering with significant enterprise production experience. \nDeep knowledge of VNets, subnets, NSGs, UDRs, VNet peering, Azure Virtual WAN, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, BGP, NAT Gateway, and load balancing. \nStrong experience with Azure Private Link/private endpoints and Private DNS. \nUnderstanding of network segmentation, zero-trust principles, identity-aware access, and enterprise security controls. \nHands-on experience delivering public cloud infrastructure solutions, with a focus on designing and deploying secure, scalable, and resilient architectures in Microsoft Azure environments. \nProven experience in large-scale application modernization efforts, including re-platforming and refactoring legacy applications using Azure-native services such as App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure Functions. \nExtensive expertise in Microsoft Azure, including core services, identity and access management, governance, hybrid connectivity, and cost management. \nSolid networking foundation with hands-on experience in designing and implementing Azure networking components such as virtual networks, subnets, network security groups, firewalls, load balancers, and private endpoints. \nExperience implementing enterprise-grade Azure Landing Zones using reference architectures aligned with Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF), with embedded governance, security, and automation controls. \nConsulting Experience\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced consulting environment \nStrong public speaking and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate technical and business value to diverse audiences \nProven ability to convey complex technical and business messaging to stakeholders, including clients, executives, and industry analysts \nExperience with Agile methodologies and practices within service delivery and team operations \nQuick learner with a strong desire to stay current with emerging technologies and trends \nDemonstrated leadership experience in team-based and project-based consulting engagements \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear, professional, and collaborative interactions \nWhat you can expect\n We’re legendary for taking care of you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
