shipped\nDaily, hands-on use of AI coding tools as part of your workflow\nThe experience to judge when AI output is right, when it is wrong, and when to write the code yourself\nProficient in HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, jQuery and PHP\nStrong understanding of WordPress core, themes and plugins (including WooCommerce)\nExperience with Advanced Custom Fields Pro (ACF Pro) and custom post types\nExperience with front-end frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap)\nKnowledge of cross-browser testing, responsive design principles and mobile-first development\nFamiliarity with version control systems (e.g. Git)\nKnowledge of server management, including DNS settings, hosting and cPanel\nExperience working with bespoke or third-party APIs\nGood understanding of security best practices, particularly authentication and handling sensitive client data\nUnderstanding of SEO best practices\nExperience with automation platforms (e.g. Make, Zapier) is a plus\nAble to explain technical decisions clearly
