Responsibilities\nDesign and lead modern data architectures that support analytics, business intelligence, machine learning, and AI-driven use cases.\nDefine target-state data architectures, including data models, semantic layers, integration patterns, governance frameworks, and platform strategies.\nAssess current-state data environments and develop pragmatic modernization, migration, and implementation roadmaps.\nTranslate business objectives and technical requirements into scalable data solutions that support reporting, analytics, operational decision-making, and AI enablement.\nDesign unified data models, dimensional models, semantic layers, and analytics-ready data structures that drive consistency and usability across large-scale data environments.\nServe as a thought leader for data governance, data lineage, data quality, metadata management, and data product strategies.\nLead architecture workshops, discovery sessions, and technical discussions with business and technology stakeholders.\nProvide architectural guidance and quality oversight for delivery teams, including data engineers and implementation resources.\nPartner with engineering teams to ensure architecture decisions are effectively implemented while maintaining security, performance, scalability, and governance standards.\nSupport qualified customer opportunities through discovery For\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum eight (8) years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Analytics Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or related technical disciplines.\nStrong experience designing modern cloud-based data platforms, dimensional data models, semantic layers, data integration patterns, and analytics-ready architectures.\nExperience defining target-state architectures, assessing current-state environments, and leading modernization or migration initiatives.\nExperience with cloud-based data platforms and technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or comparable solutions.\nStrong understanding of modern data warehousing, lakehouse architectures, enterprise analytics platforms, and scalable data ecosystems.\nExperience with data governance concepts including data lineage, metadata management, data quality, data products, security, and access management.\nProven experience working directly with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and communicate architectural recommendations.\nExperience participating in customer-facing consulting, solution architecture, technical advisory, or pre-sales activities.\nAbility to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business leaders, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.\nStrong technical leadership skills with the ability to influence architecture decisions, mentor team members, and guide delivery efforts.\nHands-on technical capability and commitment to staying current with evolving data, analytics, and AI technologies.\nStrong prioritization skills, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nAbility to travel up to 25% based on business and customer needs.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience implementing Microsoft Fabric solutions in production environments.\nExperience with Databricks and modern lakehouse
