As a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator with deep expertise in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge, we guide organizations through complex digital decisions.\nAbout the role\nAs a Cloud Engineer III, you will be part of the consulting and delivery practice, utilizing cutting-edge automation tools and provisioning in public cloud providers-preferably Azure or AWS. You will be responsible for designing and deploying well-architected cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles and a proven track record of delivering cloud solutions with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation on various projects. Along the way, you will:\nKey Responsibilities\nDeploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure resources across AWS and Azure, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and databases.\n\nSupport the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions in collaboration with senior engineers and architects.\n\nImplement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, PowerShell, ARM templates, Bicep, or AWS CloudFormation.\n\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins to automate application and infrastructure deployments.\n\nDeploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS).\n\nConfigure monitoring and observability solutions using tools such as Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic.\n\nSupport cloud migration initiatives using tools such as Azure Migrate and assist with disaster recovery and BCDR implementations.\n\nPerform troubleshooting, performance optimization, and cost optimization across cloud environments.\n\nImplement cloud security best practices including identity and access management (IAM), network security, and encryption.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments to support successful project delivery.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.\n\n5-8 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or related roles.\n\nHands-on experience with at least one public cloud platform (AWS or Azure), with basic exposure to the other being a plus.\n\nExperience with core cloud infrastructure services including:\n\nAzure: Azure Virtual Machines, VNet, Azure Storage, Azure Monitor, Azure AD, Load Balancers, DNS, and Application Gateway.\n\nAWS: EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, Route 53, CloudWatch, Elastic Load Balancers, and Auto Scaling.\n\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, ARM/Bicep, PowerShell, or AWS CloudFormation.\n\nHands-on experience in SQL Server configuration, administration, and troubleshooting, including performance tuning, backup/restore, and maintenance.\n\nExperience with SQL Server Always On AG, Windows Failover Clustering, Replication, and Azure SQL PaaS services such as Azure SQL Database and Azure SQL Managed Instance, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.\n\nExperience supporting DR, migrations, upgrades, and modernization of SQL workloads across on-premises, Azure, and hybrid environments, including planning, execution, and post-migration validation.\n\nExperience with CI/CD tools and version control systems such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Git, GitHub, or Azure Repos.\n\nExperience with Linux/Unix and Windows environments, including system troubleshooting.\n\nHands-on experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes (AKS or EKS).\n\nExperience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, Azure Monitor, or AWS CloudWatch.\n\nExposure to cloud migration tools (Azure Migrate or similar) and understanding of BCDR concepts.\n\nExperience deploying and managing applications in cloud-based production environments.\n\nCloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, or similar are a plus.\n\nProfessional Attributes\nDemonstrates high integrity with a proactive and positive approach to work.\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and team-oriented environments.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering practical solutions.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.\n\nWillingness to continuously learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.\n\nAbility to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with teammates and stakeholders.\n\nWhat you can expect\nWe’re legendary for taking care of you, your family, and helping you engage with your local community.
