While a traditional \"Senior Software Engineer\" might be focused on completing tickets, this person is focused on automating workflows and owning the execution of AI-driven modules. \n\nYou'll have the freedom to choose the models, frameworks, and agent architectures you believe will win. You won't be the \"only AI person\" in the room. You'll be part of a 4-person squad of like-minded enthusiasts who are all obsessed with moving 10x faster.\n\nResponsibilities include :\n\n- AI-Native Workflow : Use AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and documentation 10x faster than traditional methods.\n\n- Agentic Implementation : Build, debug, and deploy autonomous agents (LangGraph, AutoGen, Playwright-LLM hybrids) that navigate complex ERP schemas and business logic.\n\n- Legacy-to-Modern Bridge : Treat 20-year-old legacy systems as puzzles for AI-driven modernization.\n\n- Deterministic Mindset : Build for 100% reliability with automated validation, evals, and guardrails.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- Software engineering background with hands-on development experience.\n\n- Experience building AI/LLM applications using tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Cursor, Gemini, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG architectures, MCP servers, and/or other modern AI tooling.\n\n- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate software development, testing, and documentation.\n\n- Experience designing, debugging, and deploying autonomous AI agents and agentic workflows.\n\n- Proficiency with Python, SQL, and modern AI/ML development tools and frameworks.\n\n- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, data platforms, and APIs.\n\n- Comfortable working with legacy systems and driving modernization through AI and automation.\n\n- Passion for experimenting with AI, automation, and innovative solutions that deliver business value.\n\nNice to Have Skills & Experience :\n\n- Exposure
