The team work closely with our business owners and wider portal stakeholders.\nThe successful candidate will take ownership of Microsoft SharePoint Online solutions, document management platforms, Power Platform workflows, and integrations with business applications including Salesforce and other enterprise platforms.\nThis role combines development, support, architecture and operational responsibilities and requires someone comfortable working directly with business stakeholders, development teams, support functions and third-party vendors.\nOur product vision is to provide a modern, global, digital client interface that enhances our clients' experience and satisfaction, and positions Insight well against our peers. This will support our commercial growth and client retention objectives, while helping to reduce risk for both Insight and our clients\nRole Responsibilities:\nSharePoint Online Platform Ownership\nDesign, develop and maintain SharePoint Online solutions.\nManage site collections, libraries, content types, metadata, governance controls, security, permissions and access models.\nTroubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related production issues; maintain SharePoint application registrations, service accounts and integrations.\nSharePoint Development\nDevelop and enhance solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, JavaScript / TypeScript and React.\nUpgrade and maintain SharePoint Framework solutions.\nSupport code reviews, deployments and vulnerability remediation activities.\nPower Platform & Enterprise Integrations\nDevelop and support Power Automate workflows, Logic Apps, Power Platform integrations and document management automation.\nSupport integrations between SharePoint, Salesforce and enterprise platforms.\nAssist with integration design and troubleshooting; work with infrastructure and security teams to implement secure integration patterns.\nOperational Excellence & Continuous Improvement\nInvestigate and resolve incidents and service requests; support release activities, change implementation, problem management and root cause analysis activities.\nMentor team members and contribute to platform modernisation and simplification initiatives.\nGeneral\nImplement secure coding practices aligned with OWASP, Veracode and CodeQL; monitor and optimise system performance using Grafana and other observability tools.\nCollaborate using GitHub for version control, CI/CD and code reviews; participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement within Scrum or Kanban frameworks.\nExperience Required:\nStrong experience with SharePoint Online administration and development.\nHands-on experience with SPFx, TypeScript, JavaScript and React development.\nExperience with Microsoft Graph API, REST API development and integration, and PowerShell automation.\nExperience with Power Automate and Power Platform governance and administration.\nExperience integrating SharePoint with Salesforce, Azure services, enterprise content management platforms and/or third-party SaaS applications.\nUnderstanding of Salesforce integration and data flows.\nExperience with GitHub for source control and collaboration.\nExperience with GitHub Copilot, Windsurf or similar AI coding tools is advantageous.\nDemonstrated ability to work in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban.\nExcellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to learning and innovation.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across technical and business teams.\nSelf-starter with the confidence to assess, identify, create and deploy resolutions in time-critical scenarios.\nGrowth mindset with a desire to learn, experiment, share knowledge and drive adoption of new technologies and approaches.\nInsight is committed to being an inclusive employer and encourages applications from all suitably qualified applicants irrespective of background, circumstances, age, disability, gender identity, ethnicity, religion or belief, sexual orientation or other factors protected by federal, state and/or local laws.
