The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications, with strong technical skills in scripting, integrations, and platform customization.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows.\n\nSupport modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, and related applications.\n\nBuild and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.\n\nPerform platform upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution.\n\nCreate and customize forms, catalogs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and improve platform performance.\n\nQualifications:\n3-8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.\n\nStrong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and platform configuration.\n\nExperience with integrations, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and API development.\n\nFamiliarity with Agile development practices.\n\nServiceNow CSA certification required; CAD certification is an advantage.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.\n\nThis position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship (e.g. H-1B, TN, or E-3).
