The PM provides visible leadership, accountability and authority over high profile projects and programs delivered to Insight clients. The PM works independently and exhibits a high degree of initiative in resolving problems encountered and developing recommended solutions. The PM must be flexible in delivering projects with different methodologies based on client and team needs. Job responsibilities include:\nManage project and program teams to deliver highly visibly strategic solutions for our clients using waterfall, hybrid, and agile methodologies. \nManage all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation through close-out and transition. \nHelp define and drive strategic direction of both Insight and our clients. \nBuild key relationships with clients and leaders. \nMitigate risk and proactively work project issues. \nDrive tangible and sustainable improvement in PM capabilities. \nAssist with business development activities to grow Insight Services business. \nMentor less experienced Project Managers. \nBe AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. A.) from four-year college or university \n7 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the IT services, IT Operations or professional services industry. \nExperience with hybrid methodologies and agile delivery of technical projects. \nPMP or Agile certification. \nTrack record of success guiding and leading project teams to success. \nSkills in all aspects of project management lifecycle and critical processes: \nProject Initiation \nPlanning and Work Breakdown \nResource Management \nBudget Management \nStakeholder Management \nScope Management \nRisk Management \nMust be passionate about continuous improvement. \nMust be able to manage technical resources working on multiple projects seamlessly. \nMust be an excellent communicator - both written and oral. \nMust have excellent customer relationship management skills.\nThe base salary range for this position is typically $110,000 to $130,000 with additional bonus and benefits available.
