You'll own quality across web, mobile, and API layers, and help us test the next generation of AI-driven, agentic solutions. The role is split roughly 50% hands-on manual testing and 50% test automation.\nResponsibilities:\nManual Testing (~50%)\nAnalyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to design detailed test scenarios and cases\n\nPerform functional, exploratory, regression, integration, and UAT testing across web and mobile applications\n\nLog, triage, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, and work closely with developers to resolve them\n\nValidate end-to-end business flows, including edge cases, data integrity, and failure scenarios\n\nTest the behavior of agentic and AI-driven features, including response quality, guardrails, tool-calling accuracy, and non-deterministic outputs\n\nContribute to test planning, estimation, release sign-off, and quality reporting\n\nAutomation (~50%)\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable UI automation frameworks using Playwright\n\nAutomate mobile app testing (Android/iOS) using Appium\n\nDevelop and execute API test suites using Postman (and code-based API tests in Python/Java)\n\nCreate and run performance, load, and stress tests using JMeter, and analyze bottlenecks and results\n\nIntegrate automated suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and fast feedback\n\nImprove test coverage, reduce flakiness, and continuously optimize execution time\n\nEvaluate and apply agentic testing approaches, such as AI-assisted test generation, self-healing scripts, and agent-based test orchestration\n\nJob Requirements\nRequired Credentials:\n4-7 years of experience in software testing, with a strong balance of manual and automation work\n\nStrong programming skills in Python or Java\n\nHands-on experience with Playwright, Appium, JMeter, and Postman\n\nWorking knowledge of at least one cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure\n\nExposure to and a good understanding of agentic solutions and platforms, including how AI agents work, how they use tools and orchestrate tasks, and how to test and validate their behavior\n\nSolid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and test design techniques\n\nExperience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar) and version control (Git)\n\nStrong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills\n\nClear written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and DevOps teams\n\nUseful Qualifications:\nDomain exposure to fintech (payments, banking, lending, wallets) or retail/e-commerce platforms\n\nExperience with containerization (Docker) and test environments on cloud infrastructure\n\nFamiliarity with LLM evaluation, prompt testing, or frameworks for agent workflows (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, or similar)\n\nKnowledge of security testing basics, test data management, and observability tools\n\nRelevant certifications (ISTQB, AWS/GCP/Azure fundamentals or associate level)\n\nWhat We Offer\nOpportunity to work on cutting-edge agentic and AI-driven products\n\nA collaborative, quality-first engineering culture\n\nLearning and certification support\n\nCompetitive compensation and benefits: [add details]\n\nWhat you can expect\nWe’re legendary for taking care of you, your family and to help you engage with your local\ncommunity.
