We will count on you to deploy, troubleshoot, and improve secure connectivity, access policies, and end-user experience across client environments. Along the way, you will get to:\nConfigure and troubleshoot ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX, including traffic flow, SSL inspection, app segments, access policies, and PAC files.\n\nSet up and support GRE and IPSec tunnels, SD-WAN integrated sites, remote users, and mobile user connectivity.\n\nAnalyze ZDX telemetry, logs, and reports using SecureCRT, PuTTY, and Fiddler to resolve connectivity, performance, and security issues.\n\nWork in a ticket-driven environment, document resolutions, troubleshoot firewalls, and optimizeZscaler policies to reduce complexity.\n\nBe AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow.When you bring your hunger, heart, and harmony to Insight, your potential will be met with continuous opportunities to upskill, earn promotions, and elevate your career.\n\nWhat we’relooking for\nB.E., B.Tech., or graduate qualification with 3-4 years of relevant experience, including hands-on Zscaler experience.\n\nStrong understanding of ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, routing and switching, SSL handshakes, SSL inspection, GRE, IPSec, and SD-WAN.\n\nExperience with PAC file modifications, ZPA app segments, access policies, advanced security tools, and firewalltroubleshooting.\n\nStrong problem-solving, documentation, stakeholder communication, and ticket management skills, including ServiceNow exposure.\n\nWhat you can expect\nWe’relegendary for takingcare of you, your familyand to help you engage with your local community.
