This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad experience solving complex challenges and developing scalable solutions in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.\nResponsibilities:\nContribute to projects at all stages from early discovery and architecture to full end-to-end application development and technical consulting for customers\n\nEffectively manage your time across 1-2 concurrent projects, working within teams that vary in size and scope\n\nWork closely with solution architects, project managers, and engineers to define and deliver high-quality user experiences\n\nImplement production-grade fullstack applications using Node.js and React/ React Native.\n\nImplement AI-integrated workflows that combine enterprise data sources with large language models.\n\nExpectations\nRequired Travel- Limited (\nCustomer Facing- You will interact with customers regularly, sometimes daily, other times weekly/bi-weekly. Common touchpoints occur when qualifying potential opportunities, at project kickoff, throughout the engagement as progress is communicated, and at project close. You can expect to interact with a range of customer stakeholders, including engineers, technical project managers, and executives.\nOnboarding/Training - The first several weeks of onboarding are dedicated to learning and will encompass learning materials/assignments and compliance training, as well as meetings with relevant individuals. Details of the timeline are shared closer to the start date.\nJob Requirements\nRequired Credentials:\n7+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on fullstack architecture.\n\n1-2 years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI-driven applications or agentic workflows.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nDeep expertise in Node.js (backend) .\n\nHands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks, specifically React & React Native\n\nbuild responsive and intuitive user interfaces.\n\nCloud Native Backend Development: Expert-level proficiency in designing scalable, serverless, and containerized microservices using Google Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and GKE.\n\nExperience designing and building production APIs with proper contracts, error handling, and documentation (RESTful API and gRPC service development).\n\nStrong architectural thinking - ability to evaluate trade-offs, identify bottlenecks, and design for scale\n\nExperience writing comprehensive automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end)\n\nAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, from engineers to executives\n\nDebugging and problem-solving skills for complex, distributed systems\n\nUseful Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with Python or Golang for specialized backend services.\n\nExperience implementing agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain, Google ADK etc.\n\nExperience tuning applications for non-functional requirements, i.e., usability, maintainability, scalability, availability, security, portability, etc.\n\nExperience using Google Cloud Platform, in particular serverless (Cloud Functions), containers (Cloud Run, Kubernetes), and platforms (App Engine)\n\nExperience interfacing with Architects, Product Management to design and implement solutions\n\nExperience working with and diagnosing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub actions, Bamboo, Jenkins, Harness, or GCP Cloud Build)\n\nFamiliarity with frontend web technologies, particularly React and Angular\n\nContainerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes\n\nWhat you can expect\nWe’re legendary for taking care of you, your family and to help you engage with your local\ncommunity.
