This is a direct consulting role working with large enterprise clients to design, build and deliver AI-enabled productivity and collaboration solutions.\nIn this role you will work closely with enterprise customers to understand their business processes and collaboration need and then design and implement solutions that use Google Workspace, Google Cloud and GenAI tools.\nYou will combine engineering and consulting skills: spending considerable time client-facing, shaping requirements with business stakeholders, and then building and integrating solutions using App Script, Claude, Enterprise Gemini and related technologies. You will also draw on Microsoft 365 ability (particularly SharePoint) to support migration and integration scenarios.\nIf you are enthusiastic about Google technologies and excited by the potential of GenAI in modern workplaces, we would be keen to hear from you.\nLocation: UK - Remote - 25% travel to Customer sites, conferences, and other related events.\nKey responsibilities:\nWork directly with enterprise clients (typically 2-3 engagements at a time) to understand business requirements and design Google Workspace and GenAI-based solutions.\nLead discovery, scoping and solution design phases (typically 3-4-month cycles), translating business needs into clear technical architectures and delivery plans.\nEngineer and integrate solutions using Google Workspace (including App Script), Google Cloud and GenAI tools such as Claude and Enterprise Gemini.\nSupport and advise on migration and integration from Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint) to Google Workspace, ensuring minimal disruption for end users.\nRun demonstrations, proof-of-concepts and technical walkthroughs for business unit leaders and end users, clearly explaining capabilities and values.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders across engineering, consulting and sales to ensure solutions are scalable, secure and aligned to best practice.\nFunction as a trusted technical consultant, able to respond quickly to client questions, challenge assumptions where needed and introduce innovative ideas and approaches.\nStay current with developments in Google Cloud, Google Workspace and GenAI, and proactively bring new capabilities and patterns into client engagements.\nKey skills and experience:\nExperience in technology consulting, solutions engineering or a similar client-facing technical role.\nStrong direct experience with Google Workspace and Google Cloud technologies, including automation and scripting (e.g., App Script).\nPractical experience building or integrating GenAI solutions (e.g., Claude, Enterprise Gemini or similar), ideally in enterprise environments.\nGood understanding of Microsoft 365, with strength in SharePoint, and experience supporting migrations or coexistence between Microsoft and Google platforms.\nProven ability to engage directly with business stakeholders and end users - excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical topics in a clear, non-technical way.\nDemonstrable ability to quickly learn an experiment with new tools and technologies, and to apply them pragmatically to client problems.\nStrong consulting skills: requirements gathering, solution design, stakeholder management and leading workshops or demos.\nGoogle Cloud Professional Architect (or equivalent) is highly desirable.\nWillingness and ability to achieve Associate Cloud Engineer certification within six months of joining (if not already held).\nEvidence of prior work delivering AI, GenAI or automation solutions in a consulting or systems integration environment.\nAbout Insight:\nWe believe that by giving you the freedom to think big and empower you to reach your full potential, together we will achieve the best outcomes. Along with excellent benefits and a compelling reward package, we offer the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a high level of autonomy and creativity - there’s a reason our average employee tenure is over 6 years.\nWe strive to display our three core values of Hunger, Heart and Harmony every day. They represent and drive who we are here at Insight and by doing so we are doing amazing things. Insight started in a garage in 1988 and it is through harnessing our three core values that two brothers, Eric and Tim Crown, steered Insight to the Fortune 500 company it is today. We seek out people from diverse backgrounds and encourage you to apply.\nWe will endeavour to contact you within five business days, should we feel your profile is a good match for this role. If you do not hear from us within this timeframe, please presume that on this occasion, your application was not successful.\nA full job description will be provided upon application. \nInsight is committed to providing equal opportunities for all applicants and recognizes and values the unique talents and perspectives which individuals with disabilities bring to our workplace and we encourage them to apply.
