Bruce is based in Brisbane and is the Delivery Lead for our AI Apps & Data practice. As a member of our AI Apps & Data team, you'll join a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and knowledge sharing. As a Solutions Specialist, you'll act as a sales-focused technology specialist and trusted advisor to clients, with an emphasis on pre-sales rather than delivery. Responsibilities will include:\nLead in-depth client discovery to gather and analyse Data & AI requirements.\nDevelop and present innovative Data & AI solutions using Microsoft data platforms, OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, and related services to Senior Executives.\nCreate detailed architecture diagrams and solution designs using Draw.io and other visualization tools.\nWrite comprehensive proposals covering technical specifications, project plans, and cost estimates.\nPrepare high-quality internal and client documentation and presentations\nDeliver compelling product demonstrations and proofs of concept to showcase proposed solutions’ value.\nWork with technical teams to ensure smooth presales-to-implementation handovers.\nProvide Data & AI thought leadership and innovation insights to internal teams and clients.\nIdentify and resolve project issues with our clients\nBe AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow.
