You will go beyond individual project delivery to architect the foundational frameworks that power our AI initiatives. This includes implementing advanced chunking strategies, hybrid search (vector + keyword), and reranking mechanisms using Vertex AI Vector Search and BigQuery.\n CCAI & Conversational Systems: Act as the lead authority for Contact Center AI (CCAI) ecosystems. Oversee complex migrations (e.g., Dialogflow ES to CX) and integrate AI agents with CCaaS platforms like UJET\nData Engineering for AI: Design end-to-end data solutions for unstructured data ingestion. You should have a history of leading the technical delivery of complex, multi-component systems.\nGenerative AI & Agentic Systems: 2+ years of production-grade GenAI experience. Expertise in building multi-agent systems using Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) and orchestration frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain. You must be able to design autonomous agents that handle complex reasoning (ReAct, Chain-of-Thought).\nAdvanced RAG & Search: Deep expertise in architecting Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. This includes designing advanced chunking strategies, hybrid search (vector + keyword), and reranking mechanisms using Vertex AI Vector Search and BigQuery.\nCCAI Expertise: Specialized experience in Google Contact Center AI (CCAI).
