AI/ML and incorporate them into solutions.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, AI, data science, or a related field.\n8-12 years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or related domains.\nMinimum 2+ years of experience in leading or mentoring teams.\nStrong programming skills in Python.\nHands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.\nStrong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.\nExperience with generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.\nStrong experience in MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nStrong experience in data processing tools like PySpark and SQL.\nFamiliarity with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Matplotlib.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nGood to Have: \nExperience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc. ).\nExposure to LangChain, LangGraph, or LLM orchestration frameworks.\nKnowledge of data governance, security, and ethical AI practices.\n\nSoft Skills: \nStrong leadership and team management skills.\nExcellent
