We will count on you to translate business challenges into prioritized AI roadmaps, secure solution architectures, reusable engineering patterns, and measurable business outcomes. Along the way, you will get to:\nLead design-thinking and discovery workshops to identify workflow friction, prioritize high-value AI opportunities, and define measurable outcomes.\n\nDesign and deliver production-grade GenAI, RAG, Agentic RAG, tool-calling, and multi-agent solutions, including context-aware workflows and memory patterns.\n\nArchitect secure cloud-native AI platforms, APIs, microservices, integrations, CI/CD, observability, evaluation, and performance optimization.\n\nEmbed Responsible AI, security, privacy, and governance into delivery while mentoring engineering teams and building applied AI capability.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\n10+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, platform engineering, or a related discipline, including 3+ years architecting and deploying production GenAI or LLM solutions.\n\nHands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM architecture, RAG, multi-agent systems, context engineering, AI evaluation, and frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.\n\nExpert Python, API, microservices, and cloud-native engineering skills, with experience in Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, Microsoft Graph, or Copilot Studio.\n\nStrong executive communication, facilitation, architecture leadership, and problem-solving skills, plus a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nWhat you can expect\nWe’re legendary for taking care of you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
