To succeed in this role you must be able to: face off to business teams, apply an organised, proactive approach to your work, ensure you add value to the team and constantly develop your business knowledge and awareness.\nRole Responsibilities:\nWork with the product owner and the business to develop and detail the product backlog in the form of Epics, Features and Stories. \nHelp the business owners and teams to prioritise work. \nExcellent stakeholder engagement and management experience, including working with senior stakeholders such as Senior Portfolio Managers, with the ability to communicate effectively at a level and depth appropriate to the audience. \nAct as the communication channel between product owners, business owners and the Agile delivery team you work within. \nContribute to the planning and execution of system and acceptance testing. \nUndertake JIT analysis and documentation to support the team’s sprint activities. \nBe involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle across different business areas within Insight. \nBuild and maintain a good working relationship with the business representatives, working across teams and multiple sites. \nExperience Required:\nSkill in collecting and interpreting data, analysing results to identify patterns and trends in structured and unstructured data sets. \nAbility to apply suitable analytical approaches to requirements discovery, documentation and solution delivery. \nExcellent stakeholder engagement and management experience with the ability to effectively communicate at a level and depth appropriate to the audience. \nDemonstrable experience of gathering requests and technical specifications. \nExperience working in Agile delivery teams using Scrum or Kanban. \nAbility to review and advise on suitable changes to streamline processes, while identifying actual rather than perceived pain points. \nParticipates in definition of cross-team initiatives for new processes / frameworks / architectures. Committed to and will take ownership for driving towards change initiative or solution. Will bring relevant teams together and leverage key stakeholders to achieve outcomes. \nRisk awareness \nA thirst for knowledge and curiosity to help solve complex problems with a keen eye for detail. \nA sense of personal responsibility and the drive to own problems, can work self-directed and independently to accomplish results. \nKnowledge in financial markets, pricing analytics for LDI/Fixed income instruments. \nKnowledge on Yield Curves and risk analytics such as PV01/IE01 \nPromotes a positive team culture. Identifies and implements ways to improve teamwork.
