In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Adobe Experience Manager solutions that drive our digital content strategy. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences while ensuring optimal system performance and adherence to best practices.\nDesign, develop, and deploy AEM components, templates, and workflows to support content management and digital publishing initiatives\nCustomize and configure Adobe Experience Manager to meet organizational requirements and business objectives\nCollaborate with content authors, marketers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions\nManage digital assets within the DAM system, ensuring proper organization, metadata, and accessibility\nDevelop and maintain custom Java and JavaScript code to extend AEM functionality and integrate with third-party systems\nOptimize AEM performance through code analysis, caching strategies, and system tuning\nTroubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to maintain system stability and uptime\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices\nDocument technical specifications, configurations, and solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference\nStay current with AEM updates, features, and industry best practices to recommend enhancements\nQualifications\n7/8+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager platform\nStrong proficiency in Java programming\nSolid understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development fundamentals\nExperience with component development, template creation, and workflow configuration\nKnowledge of Apache Sling framework and OSGi architecture\nFamiliarity with RESTful API integration and web services\nExperience with digital asset management (DAM) systems\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail\nExcellent organizational and project management abilities\nProficiency in version control systems (BitBucket or similar)\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environments\nStrong communication and collaborative skill set\nPreferred: Knowledge of multi-site management and content localization\nPreferred: Understanding of SEO best practices and web analytics\nPreferred: Experience with performance optimization and load testing tools\nAdditional Information\nCompetitive salary\nDiscounted and unlimited travel to over 250 destinations\nDefined Contribution Pension Scheme -
