Learn more at insightsoftware.com.\nJob Description:\nAnalyst, Order to Cash\nBengaluru, Karnataka, India | Full-Time\nAbout the Role\nInsightsoftware is seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Order to Cash team. In this role, you will serve as a key resource in delivering accurate, timely billing and exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for a candidate who has expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C), contract review, invoicing and dispute management, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nGenerate quotes and opportunities for product sales and professional services.\nManage customer accounts, queries, and invoices generation with precision and care.\nReview pending billing reports and validate charges for accuracy prior to processing invoices.\nVerify customer billing rules and revenue recognition schedules against contracts to ensure compliance and correctness.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Customer Success, and division leaders to generate accurate pro forma and actual invoices from the billing ERP.\nMonitor and manage accounts, cases, orders, and fulfilment for timely action.\nConfirm appropriate customer approvals are in place before processing orders.\nOversee license key generation and fulfilment delivery to customers.\nDeliver an outstanding service experience to both internal teams and external customers.\nMeeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.\nHow will you do it?\nOrganization and Planning - Prioritize and structure your workload to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.\nDrive and Discipline - Operate with a bias for action in a high-velocity environment, focused on outcomes.\nEnthusiasm - Bring energy and a can-do attitude to an evolving, growth-oriented team.\nAttention to Detail - Go beyond the surface to investigate, resolve, and close complex, non-routine issues.\nQualifications\nTwo plus years of experience in Order Management or a related O2C function.\nExperience in the software industry is strongly preferred.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage confidently with internal and external partners.\nHands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus.\nGraduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting or equivalent field.\nundefinedWhy Insightsoftware At Insightsoftware, we empower business leaders with accessible insights and connected solutions to drive actionable business strategy.
