As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth across all our digital channels.\nDevelop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns encompassing SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising\nManage and optimise the company website, ensuring an excellent user experience and high conversion rates\nCreate and oversee content strategy across all digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement\nAnalyse campaign performance using various analytics tools and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives\nStay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, particularly those relevant to the Vietnamese market\nManage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and digital partners\nOversee the digital marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources\nDevelop and implement strategies to increase direct bookings and reduce dependency on third-party platforms\nLead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related field;
