Together, we embody the vision of responsible hospitality.\nTake the opportunity to become a Heartist®, and let your heart guide you in this world where life beats faster.\nJob Description\nJob Purpose\nTo ensure that the hotel maintains the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in accordance with Accor standards, local health regulations, and HACCP principles. The Food Safety & Hygiene Coordinator monitors food handling practices, conducts regular inspections, and supports all departments in maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for Heartists and guests.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnsure compliance with Accor food safety standards, HACCP requirements, and local health regulations.\n\nConduct regular hygiene and sanitation inspections across kitchens, food preparation areas, storage facilities, restaurants, and staff cafeterias.\n\nMonitor food receiving, storage, preparation, cooking, cooling, reheating, and serving practices.\n\nCheck and record food temperatures, refrigerator and freezer temperatures, and other critical control points.\n\nEnsure proper food labeling, date marking, stock rotation, and compliance with FIFO procedures.\n\nMonitor personal hygiene standards, including handwashing, proper uniforms, and safe food-handling practices.\n\nVerify cleaning and sanitizing schedules and ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals.\n\nConduct food safety and hygiene training for Heartists and follow up on compliance.\n\nIdentify food safety risks, report non-conformities, and follow up on corrective actions.\n\nMaintain accurate food safety records, inspection reports, checklists, and HACCP documentation.\n\nCoordinate pest control activities and ensure appropriate preventive measures are implemented.\n\nMonitor food waste management and ensure safe disposal practices.\n\nSupport internal and external audits, health inspections, and food safety assessments.\n\nReport any food safety incidents or potential contamination risks to the concerned department heads and management.\n\nPromote a strong food safety culture and continuous improvement across the hotel.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nDiploma or degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Public Health, Hospitality Management, or a related field.\n\nPrevious experience in food safety, hygiene, or quality assurance, preferably in a hotel environment.\n\nKnowledge of HACCP principles, food safety regulations, and sanitation practices.\n\nFood safety or HACCP certification is preferred.\n\nGood communication, organizational, and reporting skills.\n\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to conduct inspections and follow up on corrective actions.\n\nKey Competencies\nAttention to
