As an innovation partner with distinctive development and systems expertise, we support our customers on the path to increasingly sustainable and connected mobility concepts from autonomous driving to alternative drives as well as charging systems.\nJob Description\nImplements HSEE Site strategy.\nPrepares internal instructions for release.\nConsolidates and monitors site HSEE KPIs\nPrepares and supports reports, e.g. HSEE site status report, and countermeasures.\nOrganizes waste management and recycling.\nChecks work safety and environmental legal requirements and permits compliance.\nConducts environmental and safety related trainings.\nCreates environmental emergency plan.\nPlans and conducts internal audits related to the environmental and occupational safety system.\nReports and investigates environmental and work-related incidents.\nPlans and conducts safety inspections, ergonomic and risk assessments activities, areas and equipment releases, protective equipment controls, safety drills and health campaigns.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related certificates.\n1:3years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.\n\nCertified Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Specialist with recognized certification from NIOSH or equivalent.\nValid First Aid certification,Completed Fire Fighting training.\nProfessional Command in English.\nCertified in OSHA General Industry Standards.\nGood knowledge of occupational health, safety regulations, risk assessment, ISO 45001,14001 and incident investigation.\nStrong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to conduct safety inspections, audits, and employee awareness sessions.\nExperience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial facilities.\nExperience in Exell, power BI, word and PowerPoint.\nAdditional Information\nPeople of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.\nLEONI processes your application data in an IT-system that is consistent across the company and uses Foreign Service providers.
