Description\nTransform the Future of HR through AI\nWe are seeking a highly motivated HR AI & Digital Transformation Lead to drive AI adoption, automation, and process innovation for Global Human Resources function.\nThis role will serve as the HR function's AI champion, identifying opportunities to simplify work, improve employee experience, and increase productivity through Generative AI, automation, analytics, and modern HR technologies.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute the HR AI & Digital Transformation roadmap.\nIdentify and implement high-impact AI use cases across HR pilots, proofs of concept (PoCs), and scaling of successful solutions.\nPartner with HR, IT, and business leaders to improve productivity and employee experience.\nEstablish AI governance, best practices, and workforce upskilling programs.\nMeasure business impact through analytics, productivity metrics, and ROI tracking.\nQualifications\nQualifications\nEither of the following backgrounds:\nHR Transformation, HR Technology, HR Operations Excellence, or Management Consulting; or\nIT, Data Analytics, AI, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting with HR Related project experience.\nPreferred Experience\nHands-on use of Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools.\nHR process redesign, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.\nWorkday, SuccessFactors, ATS, or other HR technology platforms.\nPeople Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python.\nChange management and stakeholder engagement.\nIdeal Candidate\nPassionate about AI and emerging technologies.\nChallenges traditional ways of working and drives innovation.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills.\nComfortable working across HR, IT, and business
