Design, develop, and maintain scalable UI, API, and integration test automation frameworks (Playwright/TypeScript, Selenium, or equivalent)\n2. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and BAs to translate requirements/acceptance criteria into comprehensive test strategies\n3. Own end-to-end test automation for assigned squads/modules, ensuring coverage targets (e.g., 80%+) are met\n4. Build and maintain CI/CD test pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) including execution reporting and flaky-test triage\n5. Perform root-cause analysis on defects and platform issues, documenting known issues clearly for stakeholders\n6. Migrate legacy automation suites (e.g., Selenium/Java) to modern frameworks (Playwright/TypeScript)\n7. Drive Definition of Ready/Done adherence, participate in Three-Amigos sessions, and support sprint planning from a QA lens\n8. Mentor SDETs/QA engineers on automation design patterns, page object models, and debugging techniques\n9. Contribute to test case design (positive, negative, edge, regression) for complex functional areas\n10.Evaluate and integrate AI-assisted testing tools/workflows (e.g., MCP-based validation, Copilot for test generation) to improve efficiency\n Required Qualifications:\n1. 7+ years of hands-on experience in test automation / SDET roles\n2. Strong programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript or Java\n3. Deep expertise with Playwright, Selenium/Selenide, or similar automation frameworks\n4. Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and version control (Git)\n5. Solid understanding of API testing (REST, Postman/RestAssured or similar)\n6. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies\n7. Strong debugging skills (XPath, DOM inspection, browser dev tools)\n8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration\n Preferred Qualifications:\n1. Strong Test Automation skills using playwright with TypeScript/JavaScript or Java\n2. Experience in developing automation framework\n3. Familiarity with accessibility testing\n4. Exposure to AI tools or prompt engineering for test generation\n5. Experience with performance testing tools (k6, JMeter)\n6.
