clear and effective communication with all departments to ensure smooth service delivery.\n\nAddress guest inquiries politely and courteously, aiming to exceed expectations.\n\nGreet guests by name when answering callsin line with Accor service standards.\n\nStay updated on Hotel facilities, services, and local information to provide accurate assistance.\n\nUtilize Opera guest profile system to maintain awareness of guest preferences and needs.\n\nAccurately process and record long-distance call vouchers and update relevant logs.\n\nManage wake-up call requests and deliver them punctually according to established standards.\n\nOperate the switchboard efficiently, ensuring prompt connection of calls.\n\nTake and deliver messages for guests and management as per required standards.\n\nQualifications\nExcellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour.\nAbility to multitask and handle a high volume of calls.\nStrong customer service skills and the ability to
