You will ensure a high standard of customer service, act as a primary point of contact for onsite IT needs and collaborate with senior technical staff as required.\nWhat you’ll do:\nRespond promptly to IT service requests, providing technical support in line with company guidelines.\nTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, delivering effective fixes and workarounds.\nEscalate and coordinate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams or subject matter experts.\nDocument the resolution process for all help desk requests, maintaining accurate records from initial report to final solution.\nInstall, configure, repair, and replace computers, peripherals, and software.\nAssist users in understanding system operations and resolving common technical concerns.\nSupport meetings by assisting with audiovisual (AV) setup as required.\nFacilitate basic IT training for new employees, including workstation and account setup.\nEducation & Experience:\nAssociate degree in a relevant discipline and at least 1 year of professional IT experience.\nStrong customer service focus and reliable work ethic.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail.\nClear verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities.\nBroad understanding of computers, networks, and software troubleshooting.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).\nAbility and willingness to quickly learn new technology and software.\nPreferred Education & Experience:\nExperience supporting Windows operating systems\nExperience with hardware thoroughgoing and imaging/deployment tools\nKnowledge of ticketing systems\nExperience supporting remote users and VPN technologies\nIn-Office Requirement Statement: (On-Site) This role requires hands-on work on our products/collaboration with on-site teams, and will need to work on-site full-time in Bingen,
