This is an opportunity to get work experience at a leading aviation company, start your career today in this exciting industry.\nWhat you’ll do:\nLoading, unloading, and moving parts and materials.\nReceiving and inspecting shipments and deliveries.\nTriaging, inspecting, and receiving parts and/or documents for compliance to requirements and written procedures.\nReceiving, reviewing, and assigning return material authorizations.\nProcessing scrap material for disposal.\nCompiling and maintaining manual or computerized records, such as material inventory, in-process reports, and status and location of materials.\nPerforms kitting for new builds, rework and return materials and fulfill requests as needed.\nPicking, issuing and packing material for outbound shipments to ASTM standards.\nCoordinating the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between sections, departments, or suppliers according to production and shipping schedules or department priorities.\nResolves receiving, kitting, shipping, non-conforming material, return material or source issues.\nEducation & Experience:\nHigh School Diploma / GED and 2 years of related experience; OR comparable combination of education and experience.\nBasic computer proficiency.\nPreferred Education & Experience:\nAbility to operate warehouse equipment (e.g. forklift, turret truck, stock picker)\nPrevious training in Foreign Object Damage (FOD), Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), and Supply databases.\nRelocation Statement:\nThis position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
