You focus on coordination, prioritization, and removing systemic constraints, enabling the organization to scale efficiently.\nWho will I report to?Director of Manufacturing\nWhat roles am I accountable for?\nSupply Chain Execution & Planning (35%)\nOwn end-to-end supply chain execution from demand planning through procurement and inventory management.\nDevelop and manage supply plans that align with production schedules and customer demand.\nEnsure material availability to support manufacturing without overbuilding inventory.\nMonitor and manage inventory levels, turns, and working capital.\nDrive accountability for supplier deliveries and internal material readiness.\nIdentify risks to supply continuity and proactively mitigate disruptions.\nEnsure supply chain operates with urgency, discipline, and predictability.\n\nSupplier Management & Procurement (20%)\nOwn supplier relationships including performance, cost, quality, and delivery.\nLead sourcing, supplier selection, and onboarding for new components and products.\nNegotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms.\nDrive supplier accountability for on-time delivery and quality standards.\nDevelop dual sourcing strategies and risk mitigation plans.\nCollaborate with Engineering on supplier capabilities and design for supply chain.\nContinuously evaluate supplier performance and drive improvements.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement (20%)\nServe as a primary coordination point between Supply Chain, Engineering, Production, and Sales to align supply plans, production schedules, customer commitments, and business priorities.\nCoordinate material readiness for new product introductions (NPI), supporting smooth handoffs from design and sourcing through manufacturing and delivery.\nIdentify supply chain bottlenecks and drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, supplier performance, inventory efficiency, and material flow.\nLead root cause analysis and corrective actions for shortages, delays, excess inventory, and other recurring supply chain issues.\nAssist with the evaluation and implementation of an MRP/ERP system and supporting supply chain processes.\nDevelop scalable tools, processes, and reporting to improve visibility, control, and execution as the company grows.\n\nLeadership, Management & Accountability (15%)\nLead, manage, and hold accountable supply chain team member(s), providing clear priorities, expectations, coaching, and development to ensure strong execution and continued growth of the function. \nConduct regular 1:1s and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.\nDevelop team capabilities through coaching, cross-training, and knowledge sharing to strengthen performance, coverage, and scalability within the supply chain function. \n\nInventory Management (10%)\nOversee inventory control processes including accuracy, cycle counts, and reconciliation.\nSupport production teams with material availability and issue resolution.\nEnsure systems accurately reflect inventory, orders, and supply status.\n\nWhat does success look like?\nSuccess in this role means materials are available when needed, inventory is well managed, suppliers perform reliably, and the organization operates with strong supply chain discipline. We lead with quality in everything we do.\n\nWhat will I need to succeed?\nMust align with our Core Values.\n7+ years of supply chain management experience, primarily within manufacturing environments. \nStrong ability to manage planning, procurement, and supplier relationships.\nExperience balancing demand, supply, and inventory across product portfolios. \nStrong negotiation and supplier management skills.\nExcellent organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders.\nAbility to identify risks early and proactively drive resolution.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nHigh attention to detail and ability to manage systems and workflows.\nExperience with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain planning tools.\nFamiliarity with industrial/manufacturing supply chains\nSalary Range: $120,000-$150,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated expertise.
