product concepts before development.\nRequirements\n2–5 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating SaaS, web application, or product design work.\nStrong understanding of UX principles, user flows, information architecture, and interaction design.\nExcellent visual design skills with a strong eye for typography, spacing, hierarchy, and consistency.\nHands-on experience with Figma.\nExperience creating wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and high-fidelity designs.\nUnderstanding of responsive and accessibility-focused design.\nAbility to work closely with developers and understand technical constraints.\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills.\nAbility to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.\nGood to Have\nExperience designing B2B SaaS products.\nExperience with CRM, sales, marketing, lead generation, data, or AI products.\nUnderstanding of product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, GA4, or Amplitude.\nExperience conducting usability testing and user interviews.\nBasic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development.\nExperience designing AI-powered or data-heavy applications.\nExperience working with design
