contributes to the performance management process, providing valuable insights.\nTechnical Responsibilities:\nAnalyze customer requirements to architect and build custom websites and applications;\nDemonstrate a high level of expertise with technologies such as PHP and recent releases of Drupal;\nBuild and test custom Drupal modules and hooks based on functional requirements;\nExhibit a strong desire and passion for implementing new technologies to improve project outcomes continuously;\nCollaborate directly with the creative director, designers, project managers, user experience leads, and customers on assigned projects;\nDevelop comprehensive test scripts to ensure the robustness and reliability of developed solutions.\nSkills & Experience:\n5+ years of experience developing complex recent versions of Drupal enterprise web applications, including custom views, modules, and themes.\n7+ years of experience in Software Development utilizing Object Oriented Design;\n3+ years of experience developing custom Drupal modules;\n2+ years of experience with REST API integrations;\nExperience with SDLC and version control systems (e.g., Git);\nExperience supporting the team with feedback, performance management, hiring, and mentoring;\nExperience leading teams through complex software implementation projects;\nExpertise leading projects, including various development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall;\nStrong understanding of SQL and Relational databases;\nFamiliarity with web security best practices and experience in securing Drupal websites;\nExceptional proficiency in coding in PHP/HTML/CSS/JavaScript and consistently developing clean, semantic, and valid markup;\nAbility to analyze requirements and follow detailed technical and functional specifications;\nAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and hit deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.\nAdditional Requirements:\nCloud
