Identify opportunities to improve testing effectiveness, release reliability, and development efficiency through automation, process improvements, and better quality visibility. \nLeverage AI-Enhanced Quality Engineering: Evaluate and adopt AI-assisted tools and practices that improve test design, automation development, defect analysis, and engineering productivity. Contribute to initiatives that increase testing efficiency while maintaining engineering rigor and quality standards. \nPartner Across Teams: Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to influence feature design, acceptance criteria, and implementation decisions that improve testability and product quality. \nPromote Shift-Left Quality Practices: Engage early in the software development lifecycle by collaborating closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to influence feature design, acceptance criteria, and implementation decisions that improve testability and product quality. \nEnsure Comprehensive Test Coverage: Develop and implement test strategies that balance automated and exploratory approaches across regression, integration, end-to-end, performance, and reliability testing. \nImprove Quality Outcomes: Drive measurable improvements in automation coverage, regression execution efficiency, defect prevention, release confidence, and overall product quality. \nLead Incident and Defect Management: Investigate complex defects, perform root-cause analysis, and provide actionable insights to engineering teams. Partner with stakeholders to prioritize and resolve quality issues efficiently. \nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, ora relatedfield.\n5+ years of experience in software quality engineering, including extensive experience building andmaintainingautomated testing solutions.\n3+ years of hands-on experience in test automation development.\nStrongproficiencyin JavaScript and/or TypeScript with solid software engineering fundamentals.\nProven ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams.\nStrongexpertisein API testing, frontend UI automation, and end-to-end testing strategies.\nExperiencewithSQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), including writing complex queries (joins, subqueries, aggregations) for data validation, test data preparation, and defect investigation.\nStrong understanding of software architecture and how system components interact.\nDeep knowledge of test design techniques, test architecture, defect lifecycle management, and quality engineering best practices.\nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperienceleveragingAI-assisted engineering tools to improve test automation, test design, defect analysis, or developer productivity.\nExperience implementing AI-driven quality engineering workflows and automation solutions.\nExperience testing distributed systems,microservicesarchitectures, and event-driven applications.\nUnderstanding of modern quality engineering practices including:\nShift-left testing\nContract testing\nCI/CD quality gates\nRisk-based testing\nObservability-driven testing\nExperience defining, measuring, and improving quality metrics such as:\nAutomation coverage\nDefect escape rate\nRelease health\nTest effectiveness\nMean time to resolution (MTTR)\nExperience working in high-growth SaaS environments and supporting large-scale customer-facing platforms.\nWe offer a hybrid working model, combining the flexibility of remote work with regular collaboration at our Ho Chi Minh City office.
