We take care of our people so that you can do your best work.\nFacilities Operations Specialist\nSUMMARY\nPerforms routine building and property preventive maintenance and repair activities.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nPerforms routine building and property preventive maintenance and repairs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and sanitary and storm sewer, and structural systems.\nResponds to internal client maintenance requests.\nPerforms routine physical labor including but not limited to providing assistance in meeting room setup, uploading and loading materials, moving equipment, and vehicle maintenance.\nAssists Supervisor in developing and maintaining vendor relationship along with scheduling of same.\nAssists other Facilities Operations personnel in the routine performance of their duties.\nAvailable 24/7 to respond to emergencies as needed and periodic scheduling of after-hours tasks.\nOTHER RESPONSIBILITIES\nAssists in the accomplishment of Insperity Company goals.\nHelps other employees to accomplish Insperity Company goals.\nPerforms other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.\nParticipates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required.\nEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required. Associates Degree in related fieldis preferred.\nFive or more years of experience in a relatedfield is preferred.\nLICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS\nSystem Maintenance Tech (SMT) or equivalent experience is required. \nMaintenance Electrician License and CFC Certification are preferred.\nKNOWLEDGE / SKILLS\nAnalyzes and evaluates situations and uses independent judgment and initiative in taking effective action. Operates and cares for electrical, carpentry, plumbing and construction hand and power tools and materials.
