We take care of our people so that you can do your best work.\nTemporary Associate Payroll Specialist\nSummary\nThis position is responsible for receiving payroll information from assigned clients and/or Payroll Specialists and provides support. This role resolves high-volume requests by taking ownership and coordinating with internal departments as necessary to obtain positive resolutions. This position is also responsible for upholding the integrity of the client and employee database and ensures all compliances are met. The Associate Payroll Specialist I is focused on learning payroll process’ after successful completion of Insperity training programs.\nResponsibilities:\nUnder much supervision and no decision-making:\nServices Core/Emerging Growth clients by supporting specialists with employee changes, payroll information updates, and calculations.\n\nUpholds the integrity of the client and employee data base and ensures all compliances are met.\n\nTrains with the National Associate Payroll team, Supervisor and Payroll Trainers to develop skill levels.\n\nAttends weekly department meetings and reviews procedure manual on a semi-monthly basis.\n\nEstablishes clear communications with payroll specialists, clients and team members in order to better serve the client.\n\nConsults with Supervisor and Payroll Trainer when responding to new or different questions from clients and employees.\n\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required.
