The Role

We are looking for an experienced full-time MCAT Tutor  to provide one-on-one MCAT preparation to students. You will teach all sections of the MCAT, develop individualized study plans, and track student progress throughout their preparation.

This is a full-time, remote role that can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.  Your 40-hour workweek will include tutoring and preparation time, with tutoring scheduled around student availability, including weekday afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Tutor students one-on-one across all sections of the MCAT
• Develop and adapt MCAT study plans based on each student's needs and performance
• Track and analyze student progress and performance
• Create and maintain project trackers to monitor MCAT preparation progress
• Keep students' families up to date on academic progress and MCAT milestones
• Provide guidance on MCAT content, strategy, and test-taking skills
• Participate in additional opportunities as they arise, such as leading webinars or training other tutors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Previously taken the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT); official score report required
• MCAT score of 521+
• 2+ years of MCAT tutoring or MCAT test-preparation experience
• Able to provide MCAT test preparation across all sections of the exam
• Available to tutor during weekday afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple students and priorities
• Comfortable teaching and coaching in a fully remote environment
