In the near term, you'll work as an internal consultant, partnering with our product, engineering, and operations teams to find, build, and roll out AI-driven process automation across the business. As our Professional Services practice grows to serve fleet customers directly, you'll help translate what you build internally into consulting engagements and delivery frameworks for external clients.\nYou will report to: Chris Getner, CTO\nKey Responsibilities:\nInternal AI Enablement & Process Automation (Near-Term Focus)\nPartner with teams across the business to map current workflows and identify where AI and automation can reduce manual work and improve accuracy\nBuild, test, and roll out AI-powered tools, automations, and integrations using platforms such as LLM-based assistants, workflow automation tools, and low-code platforms\nDocument new processes, playbooks, and quick-reference guides so automations are adopted correctly and maintained over time\nSupport pilots of new AI tools and platforms, gathering feedback from users and iterating quickly\nTrack and report on the time and cost savings created by automation and process improvement projects\nProvide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for automated workflows already in production\nProfessional Services Practice Development (Ongoing / Future Focus)\nHelp build repeatable delivery methods, templates, and engagement materials the Professional Services team will use with external customers\nSupport the scoping and delivery of early client-facing engagements as the practice launches, including process assessments and implementation support\nAssist with client discovery, documentation, and status reporting during consulting engagements\nContribute to case studies and an internal knowledge base that capture lessons learned across projects\nWho You Are:\nYou have 1-3 years of experience in a professional services, management consulting, business operations, or similar client- or stakeholder-facing role\nYou have demonstrated Project management Skills and able to navigate various tools\nYou are highly proficient with AI tools (e.g., LLM-based assistants, automation platforms like Zapier or Make, low-code workflow tools) and have used them to actually solve problems, not just experiment\nYou can map a messy, real-world process and identify where automation or AI can add value\nYou are comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy building structure, templates, playbooks, and processes, where none exists yet\nYou are a clear communicator who can explain technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders, and vice versa\nYou are detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple small projects at once without dropping the ball\nYou bring an entrepreneurial mindset and want to help build a new practice from the ground up, rather than step into an established process\nExperience in fleet management, transportation, logistics, energy, or enterprise SaaS is a meaningful plus\nSalary: $80K-120K Base\nLocation: This role is remote eligible. However, we have an office in Washington, DC.
