To achieve this, we require experienced data scientists who can help us deliver new AI and machine learning solutions.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF DATA SCIENCE MANAGER\nManage a team of data scientists focused on marketing, personalization, and recommender systems.\nWork closely with digital marketing and CRM teams.\nFamiliarity with various team management styles including Scrum, Agile, Kanban.\nManage 2 direct reports (data scientists).\nEDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE\nMINIMUM requirement options: Master’s degree in a STEM field with 4+ years of relevant work experience OR \nPhD in a STEM field with 3+ years of relevant work experience.\n\nPREFERRED:Master’s degree in a STEM field with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
