Partnering with your Dunkin’ colleagues, you will use your experience and expertise to support our Franchisees through implementing and training national & regional initiatives.\nPassion for success and building strong relationships with Field Operations, Franchisees and their Above Restaurant Leaders will be the foundation to influencing a culture centered around high performance and accountability which embodies our values and delivers on our brand promise.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nLeads all training activities for new initiatives including product rollouts, guest service initiatives, processes, technology, and systems\nFacilitate virtual and in-person training experiences consistently using effective adult learning principles\nPresents content during regional meetings and training sessions with the Above Restaurant Leader audience\nUtilize project management tools and disciplines to execute project processes, including risk management, issues resolution, change management, quality assurance, and document management.\nDrives engagement in support of the initiative to influence franchisees to embrace the needed change within their business unit\nActively partners to build relationships with cross functional team members, franchisees, and their above restaurant leaders to influence adoption of training principles. \nCollaborates with field team to diagnose root causes for knowledge gaps, operational and training problems, and articulate potential solutions\nActs as an ongoing Subject Matter Expert for franchisees and their Above Restaurant Leaders for brand initiatives.\nParticipates in meetings with franchisees and cross functional team to strategize market and network plans, provide expertise and consulting as needed\nEDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience in restaurant and/or retail management with Training, Human Resource, or multi-unit management experience\nEXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION\n5-7 years Experience in restaurant and/or retail Training, Operations, or multi-unit management\nREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks accordingly\nAbility to work in a fast-paced setting\nMust be able to build credibility and trusting relationships\nGood oral, written and interpersonal skills\nProject Management skills\nStrong organizational, planning and time management skills\nAbility to influence & persuade without authority\nDemonstrates strategic thinking with strong problem-solving skills\nStrong technical skills in Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook or equivalent\nAbility to conduct meetings and facilitate effective and engaging trainings in person and virtually.\nSound business judgement and decision-making skills\nChange management\nStrong presentation skills\nRecognizes and provides feedback on better and innovative ways to accomplish objectives\nHelps identify and resolve project related risks and issues \nTravel Recquired\nA minimum of 75% travel will be required in support of the position’s responsibilities. \nInspire is a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes more than 33,300 Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, and SONIC restaurants worldwide.
