As a Network & Systems Senior Analyst, you'll play a key role in maintaining the performance, stability, and security of that environment.\nThis position is responsible for the day-to-day engineering, support, optimization, and continuous improvement of enterprise network infrastructure across cloud environments, and restaurant locations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, improving network reliability, and delivering exceptional experience for end users and business partners.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport and maintain large-scale enterprise network environments across cloud environments, and restaurant locations.\nMonitor network health, availability, and performance using enterprise monitoring tools.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex network issues impacting connectivity, application performance, voice services, and business operations.\nImplement network infrastructure changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities in accordance with change management processes.\nConfigure and support routing, switching, wireless, VPN, firewall, and WAN technologies.\nPartner with Information Security teams to ensure network compliance, segmentation, and adherence to security standards.\nIdentify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvements that increase stability and operational efficiency.\nAnalyze network utilization and performance trends and recommend improvements to capacity, resiliency, and reliability.\nCoordinate with telecommunications providers, vendors, and managed service partners to resolve service issues and support network initiatives.\nParticipate in major incident response, root cause analysis, and problem management activities.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, standards, and operational procedures.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and support organizations.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n5+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure in a multi-site environment.\nHands on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Cisco and Fortinet routers, firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.\nExperience supporting dynamic routing protocols, including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.\nExperience with network monitoring, performance analysis, and incident response.\nExperience working with network service providers and telecommunications carriers.\nAdvanced knowledge of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, VPN, and firewall technologies in Cisco and/or Fortinet environments.\nAdvanced knowledge of TCP/IP and network services, including DNS, DHCP, NAT, QoS, SNMP, and secure remote access.\nAdvanced knowledge of routing and switching protocols and technologies, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, Spanning Tree, route redistribution, high availability, and network segmentation.\nStrong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCCNP-level networking knowledge or equivalent practical experience.\nExperience supporting Cisco Meraki and Fortinet environments.\nExperience with Cisco SD-WAN, Meraki, or cloud networking technologies.\nExperience supporting distributed retail, restaurant, hospitality, or franchise environments.\nExperience with firewall technologies Cisco Meraki and Fortinet Fortigate\nExperience supporting enterprise data center environments.\nExperience with network automation tools and scripting (Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar).\nExperience with Microsoft 365, cloud networking, and collaboration or voice platforms is preferred.\nExperience operating networks in regulated environments, including PCI, HIPAA, and SOX, with strong understanding of audit, control, and evidence requirements.\nInspire is a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes more than 33,300 Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, and SONIC restaurants worldwide.
