Design best in class training solutions that balance the needs of learners with the needs of the business.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nUtilize instructional design and consulting skills to design training solutions to support the needs of the business and franchises and their employees. \nDesign e-Learning from ideation through storyboarding and development as needed. \nDesign and develop instructor-led training curricula including facilitator guides, participant materials and collaborate with field learning for implementation. \nProject manage and collaborate with project leads, internal clients, subject matter experts and third-party vendors on the development of training. \nWork independently and as a team member while using discretion in decision making, critical thinking and sound judgment in problem solving. \nCollaborates on design of training communication and marketing strategy with course releases and updates. \nWorks with cross functional partners on training deliverables plan and effectively manages all deliverables and project team members through to delivery. \nCar and air travel as needed to attend offsite meetings, visit restaurants for training engagements, etc. \nEDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent years’ experience \nEXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION\n5+ years demonstrable instructional design experience designing formal learning solutions in various delivery formats. \nAbility to conduct needs analysis to design training for specific audiences in alignment with business needs. \nCritical thinking, decision making, and ability to balance creativity with business needs. \nFamiliarity with conducting all levels of evaluation to assess training usage, impact, and ROI. \nProject management skills, including experience managing projects with multiple workstreams and cross functional partners, managing vendors, ensuring all team members meet milestones and guiding projects to remain on budget and on time. \nExperience in applying visual design principles, scripting and directing video shoots and managing outside contractors/vendors. \nA portfolio of your recent work will be required during the interview process. \nComfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and multiple workstreams, \nAbility to work in multiple settings and environments, including corporate senior levels of leadership and restaurant employees. \nExperience within QSR, retail, or general operations a plus. \nREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES\nExceptional interpersonal and communication skills\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in teams in a fast-paced environment\nFlexibility to adapt to varied and changing systems and technologies\nSelf-starter with a desire to impact change and drive business and franchisee performance\nExperience coaching junior team members\nPREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES\nFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems\nFamiliarity with authoring tools, such as Storyline.\nRestaurant or retail management experience with training accountability a plus\nTRAVEL REQUIRED\n25% travel\nInspire is a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes more than 33,000 Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, and SONIC restaurants worldwide.We’re made up of some of the world’s most iconic restaurant brands, but we’re much more than just a restaurant company.
