This role provides people and functional leadership for Product Owners and Scrum Masters while driving effective planning, execution, coordination, and transparency across digital product teams.\nThe Digital Delivery Manager partners closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Architecture, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and business stakeholders to translate approved product priorities into executable plans, improve delivery effectiveness, remove execution barriers, and enable successful delivery of strategic business commitments. This position combines people leadership, delivery oversight, and operational excellence to support the successful delivery of Digital products and platforms.\nMAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES\nProduct Delivery Team Leadership\nLead, coach, mentor, and develop Product Owners and Scrum Masters across the Digital organization.\nEstablish standards, expectations, and best practices for Product Ownership and Agile delivery.\nConduct hiring, onboarding, performance management, career development, and succession planning activities.\nFoster a high-performing product delivery organization focused on collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer value.\nEnsure consistent approaches to backlog management, planning, prioritization, team execution, and stakeholder engagement.\nBuild and sustain communities of practice that encourage sharing of best practices and continuous learning.\nSupport Product Owners and Scrum Masters in resolving team-level and cross-functional delivery challenges.\nPartner with Digital leadership to define career paths, competencies, and development plans for Product Owners and Scrum Masters.\nDelivery Oversight\nFacilitate planning activities that align approved product priorities with team capacity, dependencies, and delivery commitments.\nDrive continuous improvement of delivery practices to strengthen predictability, quality, efficiency, and team effectiveness.\nCoordinate cross-team dependencies and sequencing of work across multiple product teams.\nEscalate and drive resolution of delivery impediments requiring organizational support.\nSupport delivery forecasting and planning activities to improve predictability and transparency.\nPromote alignment across teams working toward common product, platform, and business objectives.\nDefine, establish, and monitor delivery performance indicators and operational metrics.\nPartner with Product Management and Engineering leadership to improve planning and execution practices.\nSupport alignment with quality systems, compliance requirements, and regulatory processes throughout product development activities.\nStakeholder Partnership\nPartner with Product Managers to translate strategic priorities into executable plans.\nCollaborate with Engineering Managers to support planning, capacity considerations, and delivery risk management.\nWork closely with Architecture, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, Operations, and business stakeholders to facilitate successful execution.\nCommunicate delivery status, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and stakeholders.\nSupport alignment between technical teams and business priorities.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducational Requirements:\n Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline.\nRequired Experience:\n6+ years of experience leading software, digital product, program, project, or delivery teams.\n1+ year(s) of people leadership experience, including performance management, coaching, and employee development.\nExperience developing medical device software and/or supporting medical device software development teams using Agile / Scrum\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders and senior leadership\nStrong experience working across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\nExperience identifying, managing, and resolving delivery risks and dependencies.\nExcellent facilitation, leadership, and organizational skills.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.\nPreferred Experience:\nExperience managing Product Owners, Scrum Masters, or similar delivery-focused roles.\nExperience working in healthcare, medical device, life sciences, or other regulated industries.\nExperience supporting software products subject to quality and regulatory requirements.\nExperience working with Agile planning and work management tools such as Azure DevOps.\nFormal Agile training and/or Agile certification.\nThe salary for this position will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate.
