aligned with their architecture goals\nTroubleshoot dependencies including infrastructure, network, and security during implementation phases\nConfigure integrated solutions such as antivirus and third-party products to optimize system performance\nManage customer expectations effectively throughout deployment and support processes\nRespond to customer issues via support emails and portal, providing timely resolutions\nTest application releases for local and international customers to maintain quality standards\nRun SQL queries to analyze usage patterns and assist senior developers in troubleshooting\nPreferred competencies and qualifications\nDiploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker containers and
