In 2023, Inspired was recognised by Beauhurst as one of the UK's top 10 highest-value private companies.\nROLE SUMMARY:\nThe HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day Human Resources function at AIM, partnering closely with the Head of School, school leadership team, and the wider Inspired Education HR team.\nThis role will provide hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring effective people practices, strong employee experience, compliance with local labor requirements, and alignment with Inspired Education policies and processes.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPartner closely with the Head of School and Senior Leadership Team, providing HR guidance and support on people-related matters and ensuring HR priorities are aligned with the school’s needs.\nManage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts and employee documentation, performance management, employee relations, development, and offboarding.\nCoordinate recruitment needs with the Talent Acquisition team, supporting workforce planning, hiring processes, interviews, offers, and onboarding of new employees.\nEnsure all employee files, contracts, documentation, and HR records are complete, accurate, confidential, and compliant with local legislation and Inspired policies.\nManage employee relations matters, providing guidance to leaders and employees and supporting the resolution of workplace issues in a professional, consistent, and timely manner.\nSupport and coordinate performance management processes, including probation periods, performance reviews, improvement plans, and development conversations.\nSupport annual workforce planning, organizational changes, succession planning, retention initiatives, and other people priorities in collaboration with school and regional leadership.\nCoordinate payroll-related employee information and changes with the relevant Finance/Payroll teams, ensuring accurate and timely communication of hires, terminations, absences, compensation changes, and other relevant information.\nMonitor employee attendance, absences, leave, and other HR processes, ensuring appropriate follow-up and documentation.\nSupport employee engagement, wellbeing, culture, and retention initiatives, helping create a positive and professional working environment across the school.\nEnsure HR practices comply with Mexican labor legislation, safeguarding requirements, and Inspired Education policies and procedures.\nPrepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and key people metrics, including headcount, turnover, recruitment, absenteeism, and other relevant indicators.\nSupport compensation and benefits processes and provide employees with guidance regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.\nParticipate in regional HR initiatives, projects, and process improvements, collaborating with the wider Inspired Education HR team and other schools across the region.\nTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.\nPrevious experience in an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar role with responsibility for the full employee lifecycle.\nStrong knowledge of Mexican labor legislation and HR best practices.\nExperience managing employee relations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with employees and senior leaders.\nExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nHigh level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee matters.\nProactive and hands-on approach, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.\nStrong English and Spanish communication skills, both written and spoken.\nExperience within an international, educational, or multi-site organization would be an advantage.\nStrong digital skills and experience working with HR management systems.\nSAFEGUARDING STATEMENT:\nInspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
