Renowned for its progressive pedagogy and holistic educational philosophy, KGS continues to build a strong reputation as a school committed to excellence, inclusion, and student well-being.\nWe are currently seeking a Maternity cover Teacher Assistant to support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and to help students in their academic and personal development.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nSupport class teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive, and child-centred learning experiences.\nWork with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning and support progress.\nHelp create and maintain a stimulating, well-organised, and inclusive classroom environment.\nPromote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and social development using supportive approaches.\nAssist in observing, recording, and sharing student progress with teaching staff.\nSupport pupils with additional learning needs where required.\nSupervise pupils during break times, lunch, school trips, and events.\nAssist with preparation of learning materials, classroom displays, and resources.\nContribute to classroom routines, transitions, and day-to-day organisation.\nUphold safeguarding, behaviour, and child protection policies at all times.\nTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:\nRelevant experience working with children, ideally in a school or educational setting. \nStrong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and professional conduct expectations in schools. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents. \nA warm, patient, and proactive approach, with high expectations for pupil behaviour and engagement. \nFlexibility and a collaborative mindset, with willingness to support across a range of classroom and school activities. \nAbility to support learning effectively in both group and one-to-one settings, including behaviour and classroom management. \nExperience in an international or diverse school environment (desirable). \nAdditional language skills relevant to the school location (advantageous but not essential).\nSAFEGUARDING STATEMENT:\nInspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
