do:\nDesign and produce digital assets across web, social, email and digital marketing.\nAdapt campaign creative for different formats, audiences and platforms.\nEnsure all work is aligned to Waitrose brand guidelines and digital best practice.\nCreate customer-focused designs that balance creativity and accessibility.\nCollaborate with colleagues across Creative, exploring briefs from both Marketing and Trade client teams to deliver work that meets business objectives.\nManage and organise design files and assets efficiently.\nContribute ideas and creative thinking to the wider team.\nRequirements\nWhat We're Looking For\n2-4 years' experience in a digital design role, either agency-side or in-house.\nA strong portfolio showing creative thinking and craft across digital channels.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator and InDesign.\nExperience using Figma for digital design and collaboration is a plus.\nA solid understanding of design best practices across social, web and email.\nAn understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles.\nExperience creating across multiple campaign channels including web, social, email, OOH and Digital POS.\nEligibility to work in the United Kingdom without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.\nDesirable\nExperience working with retail, FMCG or eCommerce brands.\nBasic motion
