Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, reference requests, and other HR documentation. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and personal files in compliance with data protection regulations. \nHRIS and Systems Support: Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the HRIS. Generate standard and ad hoc reports for internal use and compliance reporting. Support the implementation and ongoing optimisation of HR systems and tools.\nEmployee Support: Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, providing timely and accurate information or escalating where necessary. Support employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing activities, and internal communications.\n Payroll & Benefits Administration: Liaise with Payroll to ensure accurate transfer of employee data. Support the administration of employee benefits, absence tracking, and statutory leave (e.g. maternity, paternity, sick leave). \nCompliance and Reporting: Ensure all HR processes and records comply with company policies and employment legislation.
