Canada to provide day-to-day HR support and guidance\nLead full-cycle recruitment for clinic and operational roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding\nSupport employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives\nProvide coaching and guidance related to performance management, employee relations, and HR best practices\nCoordinate and support leave management, accommodations, and return-to-work processes\nCollaborate with leaders to support health & safety initiatives and compliance requirements\nAssist with HR projects, process improvements, legislation\nExperience supporting full-cycle recruitment and employee relations\nExcellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills\nExperience with HRIS systems such as ADP
